Responsibilities
  • Directly manage Onboarding Specialists
  • Understand customer business model and identify business requirements
  • Oversee and suggest scaling of onboarding migration and configuration processes
  • Translate client needs into actionable solutions
  • Expert in data migration via CSV
  • Provide project management advice and technical troubleshooting
  • Support program/projects on standard methodology and tools
  • Support Sales team with technical SOW responses
  • Consult clients on technical best practices
  • Act as an escalation point for onboarding specialists
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering
