- Master study during final semesters of Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with exposure to the field of turbomachinery aerodynamics.
- Good understanding of the physics associated with turbomachinery aerodynamics and/or aircraft aerodynamics.
- Hands-on experience with numerical mesh generation, CFD simulation and data analysis. Specifically, ICEM and ANSYS products would be valuable.
- Proven ability to deliver reliably and on complex tasks.
- Self motivated and a quick learner.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional global team in a multi-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Test data analysis.
- Geometry and mesh generation.
- Pre- and postprocessing of a commercial CFD solver.
- Analysis and report out of results.
- Close coordination with the local team and other disciplines.

WROCŁAW, Poland, March 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- GE Aerospace (NYSE: GE) today announced the inauguration of XEOS, a state-of-the-art engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility in Środa Śląska near Wrocław. A joint venture between GE Aerospace and Lufthansa Technik, the facility is focused on the overhaul and repair of CFM International* LEAP engines, which power today's most popular narrowbody aircraft. These include CFM LEAP-1A engines for the Airbus A320neo family and CFM LEAP-1B engines for the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft
