Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/People Ops leadership, including 3+ years managing teams and driving results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Broad People Ops Expertise across talent acquisition, talent management, learning & development, and total rewards.
  • Impactful Leadership: Skilled at building trust, developing high-performing teams, and influencing executives and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Change & Scale Experience: Success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact; comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving outcomes in entrepreneurial or tech-driven organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree or HR certification a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for People Operations, aligning directly with company-wide goals and scaling for future growth.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing People Operations team across the US and Bangladesh, spanning talent acquisition, engagement, learning, total rewards, and talent management.
  • Partner with executives and senior leaders as a strategic thought leader, using data, insights, and people trends to influence company decisions and build leadership capabilities.
  • Oversee high-impact initiatives, manage the People Operations budget, ensure compliance, and implement systems, tools, and processes that enable performance and efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of trust, inclusion, and engagement; lead company-wide culture events; and partner with Marketing to enhance Field Nation’s employer brand.
  • Serve as a senior business partner to Product & Technology leaders, aligning people strategies with business needs, driving organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Lead the organization through growth and transformation with clear, empathetic communication that ensures alignment, adoption, and organizational resilience.
  • Develop and monitor key people metrics (retention, engagement, workforce planning, promotions) to assess organizational health and guide data-driven improvements.

  • Global Mindset: Experience working with offshore teams and leading across cultures is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced degree or HR certification a plus
