  • 6+ years in Paid Marketing roles, across any channel
  • 4+ years using the Google 360 Suite, specifically DV360
  • 1+ year managing a Performance Marketing Team
  • Expert knowledge of self-serve ad platforms (DV360, SA360, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) with insights into industry trends, bidding, targeting, creative, and platform best practices
  • Collaboration experience with various teams, including Creative, Data, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Growth, and Go-To-Market leaders
  • Experience in a growth mindset environment, building and scaling new channels while achieving aggressive prospecting and acquisition goals
  • Proficiency with A/B, Conversion Lift, and Incrementality testing, comfortable with regression analysis and advanced analytics techniques

  • Extensive experience in pulling data and generating reports for strategic insights
  • Efficiently acquire customers by managing implementation, reporting, optimizations, budget allocation, and performance for Display & Video 360 media
  • Own day-to-day management of the Google 360 Suite, including settings, tracking, and troubleshooting for DV360, CM360, and SA360
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategy and testing roadmaps across the Google 360 ecosystem, presenting results to executive leadership
  • Build and manage media plans for Paid Media initiatives, working with the Creative team on new creative development for YouTube, display, search, and Connected TV
  • Manage performance marketing team members to build campaigns aimed at growing revenue
  • Build, monitor, track, and deliver performance reports and analyses to increase channel scale and efficiency
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Product, MarTech, Analytics) on automation, event matching, and data integrity
  • Inform the technical roadmap for improving the First Party Data feed into Google. Work directly with the Growth Product, Data, and MarTech teams to define technical requirements and deliver continuous channel improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing and data partners to design and manage best-in-class campaigns, refining structure, audience targeting, bid strategies, and landing page optimizations
  • Stay updated with latest trends and best practices in the Google suite, proactively adjusting strategies for platform updates and algorithm changes
