  • Lead on creative Learning Experience Design approach for complex projects
  • Support Commercial Teams with creative solutions based on robust learning science
  • Investigate and implement new ways of driving learning impact
  • Take ownership of the quality of Learning Experience Design for projects
  • Work closely with external clients to analyze needs and find solutions
  • Collaborate with internal project teams
  • Drive change decisively yet collaboratively
  • Support development of others through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring
