- A minimum education level of high school, GED, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ISO-compliant manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read blueprints and proficient understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- At least 3 years of CMM operation and programming experience.
- US Persons work authorization.
- Perform dimensional inspections on in-process and finished machined parts and products using measurement techniques and equipment.
- Interpret GD&T symbology in accordance with customer requirements.
- Inspect finished products, including painting and powder coat.
- Inspect assemblies and sub-assemblies.
- Use common metrology tools, including calipers and micrometers, to measure parts.
- Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) as needed and interpret data to determine conformance to design requirements.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- At least 5 years of inspection experience in a precision machining environment.
- At least 5 years of CMM experience.
- Previous experience operating and programming CMM equipment.
- Experience with Smart Scope vision systems using ZONE3 Metrology Software.
