Requirements
  • 1-2 years Marketo experience
  • 3-5 years of work experience in demand generation/growth marketing and data analysis with proven track record of delivering revenue-impacting outcomes
  • Experience building and automating management level reporting
  • Mastery of the following analytical tools: modeling and reporting in Excel/Access and SQL
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools
  • Excellent data storytelling skills and ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively present via dashboards and slides to to audiences with different knowledge (stakeholders = high-level vs. demand generation = in-the-weeds)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities
  • Execute campaign deliverables in our Marketo instance: email, campaign and program setup, and help with data hygiene
  • Assist with the implementation of email policies and best practices
  • Maintaining email calendar
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and DG leadership to understand campaign efficiency and ROI
  • Responsible for maintaining, tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of demand generation activities and channels, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports. Includes campaign performance, channel contributions, full-funnel and attribution analysis, ROI and performance against budget and forecast
