Requirements
  • At least 3 year of experience in sales, operations, account management, or similar functions
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Experience running Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Proven proficiency in data analytics and excel skills
  • This role requires travel to into the market (San Diego) at least 2 times (4-5 days) total per month
Responsibilities
  • Actively manage and grow a book of business of multiple SMB merchants by building and executing your commercial strategy
  • Reach monthly quotas by upselling customers into investing on marketing solutions available in the Uber Eats app
  • Serve as a business consultant to ensure merchants make the most out of experience of partnering with Uber Eats & Postmates including business reviews, upselling, among other activities
  • Proactive and constant communication channels with clients via email, phone, video-conferences and face-to-face meetings (10 hours/week minimum)
  • Partner with our Operations and Sellers on managing the relationship, solve potential issues and questions of merchants
  • Track and improve merchant KPIs and OKRs to understand their success, issues, or opportunities
  • Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats’ mission, brand, and product
  • This role requires travel to into the market (San Diego) at least 2 times (4-5 days) total per month
