Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in the technology or SaaS industries preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookup formulas
  • Experience as a self-starter with outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Own entire ‘Invoice-to-Cash’ function of the Q2C sales cycle.
  • Onboarding new customers by providing any forms and bank support required to process payment
  • Generate invoices for customer orders including both fixed fee and usage based billing
  • Perform collections efforts for delinquent customers as well as daily cash applications.
  • Analyze A/R aging reports and customer payment trends to identify collection risks.
  • Manage incoming internal and external customer billing and payment inquiries and triage accordingly
  • Collaborate across sales, revenue, and finance teams to provide accurate reporting.
  • Document and maintain appropriate policies, processes, and internal controls as the company continues to scale.
  • Support field work for interim and annual audits, sales tax engagements, and other ad hoc projects as they arise.
