Requirements
  • 5+ years of UI, UX, and product design experience at a tech, product-driven company
  • Expert proficiency in Figma
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in crafting usable digital interfaces
  • Experience creating concepts and customer journeys, specifying interaction details, and prototyping
  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints for desktop and mobile design
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience designing developer-focused products (a plus)
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, or native mobile languages (a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams to understand requirements and provide design solutions
  • Lead design for the Analytics and pinnable dashboard experience
  • Develop and expand the product design system and refine design processes
  • Communicate user experience through wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and prototypes
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into product updates
  • Advocate for design-centered changes and improvements
