Requirements
  • A Bachelor's and/or post-graduate degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6 years of implementation experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions and at least 4 years of implementation experience with Planning and Budgeting.
  • Experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service or Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service modules, including Financials, Workforce, and Capital Projects.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud with Oracle Cloud Financials and Human Capital Management modules.
  • Working knowledge of financial planning and analysis, financial close, and/or planning and forecasting business processes.
  • Project management experience planning implementation activities for Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Functional experience implementing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud with direct customer interactions, including facilitating design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud according to Oracle best practices, identifying application gaps, evaluating recommendations, completing functional designs, providing process guidance and training, and executing test plans.
  • Experience supporting implementations by presenting complex ideas clearly and concisely, resolving bugs, supporting customers, and communicating process and application trade-offs and recommendations for customer requirements and user stories.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote model with customers and peers.
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada and ability to provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire.
  • Legal eligibility to travel to the United States for required business purposes.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to defining the scope needed to achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to estimates of the work effort, time, and resources required to deliver the defined scope.
  • Help customers align their business with Oracle industry processes.
  • Contribute to the project plan and provide regular updates.
  • Partner with clients to design and create prototypes on Oracle Cloud while communicating options and decision rationale.
  • Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions; record Oracle service requests and work them to closure.
  • Identify risks, evaluate options, and recommend and execute remediation actions to avoid project roadblocks.
  • Coach and lead client and ArcLight project resources to complete tasks with quality.
  • Continuously improve ArcLight's delivery model and assets to increase project delivery efficiency.
  • Achieve and maintain Oracle Cloud implementation certifications.
  • Travel for client on-site needs up to 25%, including periodic travel to the United States for business meetings and client consultations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Oracle certifications in Enterprise Performance Management modules.
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Reports and/or Narrative Reporting.
  • Experience with Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data Management, and Profitability and Cost Management.
