Requirements
  • Eligible candidates must be a rising senior undergraduate student who graduates in Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027
  • Enrollment in a bachelor’s program
  • Knowledge of computers and various Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide statistical analysis
Responsibilities
  • Project work focused on improving patient access within the organization
  • Analyze current processes that support patient access and other performance objectives
  • Assist with operational planning, coordination, and registration processes at specific sites
  • Present project results to the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Leadership, Project Hosts and their Mentors at the end of the program
Desired Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, healthcare management, or a related area
  • An interest in finance and healthcare
  • Completion of finance or accounting courses
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Highly inquisitive, focused, and proactive
  • Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information
