Requirements

  • Support various customer care projects, including process improvement initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and associates to identify areas for improvement.
  • Help document processes and create training materials for future use.
  • Contribute to driving the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and associate satisfaction through your contributions.
