  • 5+ years of public policy recruiting experience

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing for candidates in various consulting roles across the UK public policy space and marketing & communications.
  • Develop and define competitive intelligence by key market, functional area, and skill set to support talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Interact with the UK and Belgium based Talent Acquisition based and Hiring Managers to ensure a continuous information flow and the seamless delivery of qualified candidates.
  • Use our ATS, Workday, and Beamery (CMR) to update candidate records.
  • Demonstrate creative advertising/outreach/networking techniques, including the use of job boards, industry groups, and social media.
  • Ensure hiring processes adhere to GDPR, guidelines in addition to other UK and EU government/labor law compliance requirements.
