- Proven experience of 7+ years in a client-facing role at a Healthcare, consulting, professional services, SaaS, or IT services firm.
- Experience in project management in a technical or SaaS environment preferred.
- Proactive work style, comfort moving at a fast pace and interacting with Executive-level stakeholders.
- Healthcare and/or Tech sector experience strongly preferred.
- Master’s degree or equivalent years’ experience preferred.
- Promote customer retention, renewals, and growth with national and large regional health plan clients through building trusted relationships across stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Develop deep understanding of the clients’ needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Work in very close partnership with delivery managers and the technical team to ensure client’s needs are met, occasionally serving in a hybrid role as a CRM/delivery manager.
- Work in close partnership with the product team to provide guidance and co-create proactive solutions alongside client partners.
- Develop KPIs and value stories in concert with the client and delivery team to measure and report on business impact.
- Lead during regular client check-ins, QBRs, and other critical touchpoints.
- Assist in the implementation of new clients.
- Make connections with stakeholders from business areas outside of purchased product lines to appropriately cross-sell additional products.
- Lead on renewals and upsells.
- Manage scope of work to ensure delivery is within defined expectations in terms of timeliness and quality, while proactively mitigating scope creep risk.
- Visit clients on-site or at conferences quarterly (approx. 15% travel).
- Maintain quality records in Salesforce.
