Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a growth or marketing role and familiarity with paid acquisition strategies and A/B testing.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Social platforms, Programmatic and more.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, copywriting, and brand teams to create and optimize ad creative, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
  • Assist in developing and executing a testing roadmap across paid search, social ads, and other channels, refining audiences, ad units, and targeting tactics.
  • Lead and manage organic growth projects end to end in partnership with the larger growth team.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on budgets, conversions, and growth projections based on testing results.
  • Generate and present performance reports, analyzing campaign data to optimize performance and make strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid acquisition and growth strategies to inform future campaigns.
