The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class Ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners, and to drive advertising revenue. As part of the Business Operations & Strategy team, Netflix is seeking a Sales Enablement Partner to support the Americas region.
This role will create a remarkable and equitable learning experience for our sales teams in the Americas to help empower their growth and achieve results. As a strategic partner to many cross-functional teams around the company, you will act as the voice and representative of the Americas region as your end customer. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, adept at project and stakeholder management, and able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance. The role will report directly to the Director, Ads Sales Enablement and Training.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional Business Operations teams to ensure enablement programs are integrated into the regional go-to-market approach
- Partner with UCAN Sales Leadership team to plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality learning programs that are aligned with UCAN business priorities
- Facilitate enablement workshops and sessions and translate relevant content for regional use
- Develop communication plans that reinforce the regional relevance of global initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a world-class learning experience for UCAN sellers
- Report on success metrics and draw insights from data
Experience:
- 7 - 10 years of experience in ad sales and/or working as a Global sales and Operation Lead, Curriculum Designer or similar roles leading strategy for a global sales team.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management, presence, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience facilitating training or other related activity
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000 - $420,000.
