Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of Professional Experience in and around SaaS required
  • Experience recruiting, signing, incubating, managing and significantly scaling Partnerships between systems integrators and a software/SaaS company
  • Prior experience working in a pre-IPO startup environment preferred
  • Prior experience in the EPM/FP&A space preferred
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to partner needs
Responsibilities
  • Manage a set of regional/boutique Partner Relationships in your geography
  • Manage the execution of business plans with focus Partners under management
  • Cultivate solid and trusted relationships with every Account Executive, Sales, and Services Leader you are aligned with
  • Identify the main sponsors and sellers we need to introduce Pigment to
  • Collaborate with Partners and Pigment Marketing organization to plan and execute regional/virtual Marketing Events with Partners
  • Continuously monitor and report on progress on business plan target achievement, risks, and other partner success KPIs
  • Facilitate overall stakeholder management, relationship mapping, and collaboration across the Partner, Alliance team(s), Sales leadership, and Pigment leadership
