Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of Professional Experience in and around SaaS required
  • Experience recruiting, signing, incubating, managing and significantly scaling Partnerships between systems integrators and a software/SaaS company
  • Prior experience working in a pre-IPO startup environment preferred
  • Prior experience in the EPM/FP&A space preferred
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations targeted to a senior audience
  • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to partner needs
Responsibilities
  • Manage a set of regional/boutique Partner Relationships in your geography
  • Manage the execution of business plans with focus Partners under management
  • Cultivate solid and trusted relationships with every Account Executive, Sales, and Services Leader you are aligned with. Encourage trust in your guidance regarding which Partner should be engaged in every opportunity arising from a co-selling and/or deployment perspective.
  • Identify the main sponsors and sellers we need to introduce Pigment to. Then, create a plan to get them interested in partnering with us and promoting Pigment to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with Partners and Pigment Marketing organization to plan and execute regional/virtual Marketing Events with Partners
  • Continuously monitor and report on progress on business plan target achievement, risks, and other partner success KPIs.
  • Facilitate overall stakeholder management, relationship mapping, and collaboration across the Partner, Alliance team(s), Sales leadership, and Pigment leadership.
