Requirements
  • A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, or 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory, leadership, or key-holder experience is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in retail or service center environments is required.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license is required.
  • Automotive experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment is required.
  • Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions is required.
  • Ability to present a professional appearance and wear personal protective equipment is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds for short periods, work at elevated heights, and remain on one's feet for extended periods is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to front-line associates and lead operations for an individual retail location.
  • Motivate and lead associate activities while ensuring high productivity and customer service; provide associate cross-training for operational stability.
  • Respond quickly to customer complaints and warranty issues and process casualty losses and repair damages.
  • Manage work-order assignments and route mobile jobs; ensure procedures are followed, vehicles are loaded, and vehicles are in transit in a timely manner.
  • Train associates on installation techniques and procedures, vehicle and equipment maintenance, required documentation, and internal technology platforms.
  • Monitor productivity, inventory, and cleanliness to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and other federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.

From the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, December 5, to the 18th Annual Holiday Classic presented by Safelite at LTP Daniel Island, there's something for everyone to enjoy this December. Families can kick off the festivities at the Tree Lighting Ceremony, a free event filled with holiday magic. Gates open at 6 p.m., with the official lighting at 7 p.m. The evening features live holiday music by Shane Griffin Entertainment, a snow show, and the chance to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus. Guests can enjoy face painting, caricature art, fairy hair, cookie decorating, holiday cocktails, and hot chocolate, the perfect ingredients for a night of family fun under the twinkling lights. Adding to the holiday spirit, the Delancey Street Foundation will once again be selling fresh Christmas trees in the stadium parking area.
