  • Proficient in Microsoft tools for daily tracking of local taskers
  • Communicate both orally and in writing clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy
  • Must be physically present in their assigned office during duty hours. A backfill must be available to perform the responsibilities of this position in the event of an absence greater than two duty days. Any assigned backfill shall not borrow contractor personnel from another Division within this contract which will leave said Division without Contractor support for its respective PWS taskings.
  • Top Secret Security Clearance required
Responsibilities
  • Administrative support will require routine administrative tasks as necessary to ensure the proper function of the office including, but not limited to, answering phones, greeting visitors, arranging, and administratively preparing for meetings, both in person and virtually.
  • Provide a monthly status update as to their fulfillment of these duties.
  • Provide Task Management Support.
  • Track task assignment, distribution, status, and completion dates and other notes regarding taskers in the PI Tasker Spreadsheet or similar format as determined by the Government. The contractor shall track staff meeting taskers/actions from staff meetings and assigned actions and assigned taskings.
  • Report daily status of tasks and assignment completion to the Government. The contractor shall have the ability to communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy.
  • Manage and secure all offices and conference rooms associated with them.
  • Ensure monitors, projectors, and lights are off at end of day, printers are filled with paper, and ensure that Conference Rooms are free of trash, clutter, or any materials left behind from previous meetings in order to be prepared for following meetings. The contractor shall ensure safeguarding and proper record keeping of all work performed.
  • All work shall be maintained on government servers to included non- classified materials on the Electronic Filing Plan (EFP) or for classified materials within government approved safes or filing cabinets in an accessible location to government personnel.
