Requirements
  • Experience through an internship or role in a top-tier startup, consulting, or venture capital environment.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Strong people intuition and the ability to connect easily and build trust.
  • The ability to tell stories, sell a vision, and get others excited to join it.
  • Interest in how companies grow and potential interest in a long-term career in talent or organizational building.
  • Ideally, 1–2 years of professional experience, although this is not required.
Responsibilities
  • Own hiring for the relevant part of the organization by identifying, engaging, and closing talent.
  • Design scalable talent processes and playbooks, using automation, data, and storytelling.
  • Build the employer brand through moments, content, and experiences.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of how teams collaborate, how success is measured, and where the organization needs to evolve.
  • Help design and improve organizational systems.
  • Take on broader company-building topics after the initial foundation is built.
  • Perform hands-on sourcing, outreach, process building, and troubleshooting during the first 9–12 months.
