Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years' experience required
- Solution-focused problem solver with the ability to think critically and independently
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined individual with analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Workday (ideal but not required)
Responsibilities
- Support all the employee onboarding tasks; welcome emails, personal detail collection, arrange account creation, maintain employee files in HRIS
- Communicate and coordinate with new employees, from background screenings to first day paperwork
- Address new employee questions and requests in a timely manner
- Partner with the internal recruiting team to ensure that onboarding experience is good and that there is a thorough and consistent process
- Support immigration process: working with our third-party immigration law firm to coordinate visa applications, and track progress
- Monitor the HR EMEA inbox, to ensure timely response to inquiries
- Issue employment confirmation letters and reference requests
- Collaborate with global HR team members across regions
- Support offboarding process from resignation to final day; resignation acknowledgement emails, arrange account suspension/deletion, maintain employee files
- Support and coordinate employee transfers between offices
