Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree with a strong record of academic achievement
- Minimum two years of experience in a financial analysis or strategy role
- Extensive Excel experience
- Ability to synthesize and present analytical findings through various channels, including PowerPoint
- Strong communication and prioritization skills to adapt to a dynamic project load
- Familiarity with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, etc. is a plus
Description & Responsibilities
The Strategy & Analytics Senior Analyst will be part of DaVita’s Payor Partnerships team, a highly visible, analytical team that manages and seeks to grow our $7B+ portfolio of commercial health plan (“payor”) revenue. The role will support both DaVita’s fee-for-service and value-based care contracting efforts, and offers extensive interaction with senior executives and leaders from various functions, providing excellent visibility and opportunities for career advancement.
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive.
- Building complex financial models in Excel to estimate financial impact of contract negotiations
- Supporting value-based contracting opportunities through pitch deck creation, deal execution support, industry monitoring and research, and other strategic initiatives
- Building and presenting comprehensive strategy decks to support executive decision making
- Creating reporting to measure portfolio-level performance and trending
- Using Tableau to design reporting dashboards and conduct other ad-hoc analyses
- Managing a queue of high visibility projects with tight deadlines and cross-functional teams
- Partner with managers to aid junior analyst development
- Clearly and concisely communicating insights to multiple levels of management
- Serving as a strategic thought partner with leadership, within and outside the Payor Partnerships organization

Salary/ Wage Range
$68,400.00 - $100,400.00 / year
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
