Key Responsibilities

Design and release high-voltage distribution components, including CCA (current distribution between cells), VSH, and busbars.
Develop 3D models in CATIA and generate 2D engineering drawings for manufacturing and documentation purposes.
Manage design releases and data within PLM system (ENOVIA).
Perform and document Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design Verification Analysis (DVA), and Design Verification (DV) activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to ensure design integrity and manufacturability.
Review engineering changes and ensure proper documentation and traceability of design revisions.
Support continuous improvement of release processes, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Design Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in design, release, or validation of high-voltage components (automotive, EV, or energy storage preferred).
Proficiency in CATIA for 3D modeling and ENOVIA for PLM management.
Experience creating 2D drawings and understanding manufacturing documentation standards.
Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, DVA, and DV processes.
Strong attention to detail, documentation practices, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $100,000-125,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
