Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Design Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in design, release, or validation of high-voltage components (automotive, EV, or energy storage preferred).
  • Proficiency in CATIA for 3D modeling and ENOVIA for PLM management.
  • Experience creating 2D drawings and understanding manufacturing documentation standards.
  • Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, DVA, and DV processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation practices, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Design and release high-voltage distribution components, including CCA (current distribution between cells), VSH, and busbars.
  • Develop 3D models in CATIA and generate 2D engineering drawings for manufacturing and documentation purposes.
  • Manage design releases and data within PLM system (ENOVIA).
  • Perform and document Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design Verification Analysis (DVA), and Design Verification (DV) activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to ensure design integrity and manufacturability.
  • Review engineering changes and ensure proper documentation and traceability of design revisions.
  • Support continuous improvement of release processes, standards, and best practices.
