Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel (v-lookups, pivots, index/match, indirect/offset)
- Beginner Power Point (Linked Worksheet Objects)

- 1 - 2 years of finance experience
- Bilingual English/French a plus
- Microsoft Access experience a plus

Responsibilities
- Consolidating daily sales information located within two different databases into Microsoft Access
- Sales Projections based off of LY Actuals
- Maintaining data integrity of traffic database
- Assist in the Reconciliation of Capex Budget Sheets
- Assist in populating monthly discussion and analysis packages for executive team
- Maintain forecast and extrapolation templates
- Daily Population of FP/MD database
- Income statement analysis against LY, Forecast and Budget
- Ad Hoc reporting (requested by Controller, CFO, or Headquarters)
Desired Qualifications
- Lawson, Hyperion experience a plus
- Microsoft Access experience a plus
