  • You will implement and create a training curriculum and conduct on-going learning and development sessions for local sales team
  • Liaise with executive level managers, transit authority partners, clients, agencies, and local community officials
  • You have proven success in leading, inspiring, developing, and growing media sales teams
  • You have an existing network of professional relationships within the Minneapolis area and media community
  • You have professional experience selling local media in the Minneapolis area
  • You have a demonstrated record of success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment
  • You have proven success meeting and exceeding advertising sales targets
  • You are a self-starter with excellent time management, decision-making skills, strong work ethic, and excellent problem solving skills and decision-making skills
  • You have outstanding communication skills; excellent cross-functional collaboration and teamworkYou have a competitive mindset, while also being a team player
  • You are able to travel throughout the region supporting sales calls
  • You have outstanding presentation and verbal skills, excellent written communication and exceptional organizational skills
  • You have a positive and professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • You have people management experience, including team motivation and building
  • Out-of-Home Sales experience is strongly preferred
  • You have a BS/BA degree
