Requirements

Responsibilities
  • In supporting a national team of field representatives, you will develop clear, accurate, and timely reports assessing current COVID trends in local markets, mitigation strategies, and vendor requirements to safely and successfully activate live events.
  • Proactively reach out to Account Supervisors and Account Executives to pull performance data, create and assemble reports, and manage necessary follow-ups with other agency departments, WPP partner agencies, and vendors.
  • Drive the account’s logistical planning, preparation, and execution of client meetings in the agency. Work closely with the broader Facilities, IT, A/V and administrative team to ensure a seamless client experience.
