  • Hire and equip great people reflecting core values
  • Forecast and manage staffing levels and expenses
  • Provide day to day guidance to the service delivery team
  • Assist in product strategy rollout
  • Drive efficiency through standard operating procedures and automation
  • Coordinate business strategy with leadership team
  • Assist in sales and marketing efforts
  • Reflect core values to associates, clients, and partners
