Position Schedule / Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Position Summary: Serves as a team member in designing, developing, implementing, and/or supporting moderately complex Salesforce based solutions.  Supports project tasks and codes and test programs and develops system documentation (e.g.; structure charts, screen designs, data flow diagrams, file layouts, report layouts, and job run descriptions) in accordance with IS standards.

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

• College coursework in Computer Science or Information Systems

Experience:

• Distributed, and/or web-based system development
• Programming languages (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, Java or Python)
• Database management systems (e.g., IMS DB, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Access)
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and REST/SOAP services
• PC fundamental tools (MS Office
• Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce configurations.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Structured systems analysis, design, programming and testing
• Understanding of Salesforce development concepts, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
• Familiarity with Software development principles, object-oriented programming concepts and coding best practices

• Analyze business problems
• Demonstrating strong analytical and investigative ability
• Communicate effectively in a business setting
• Evaluate information systems and understand the inter-dependences between components
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems in a test, development or production environment
• Write procedures and technical materials
• Perform a variety of concurrent activities effectively

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred

FLEX WORK IN WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is currently able to work remotely from a home office location for day-to-day operations unless occasional travel for meetings, collaborative activities, or team building activities is specified by leadership. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.

Compensation

Business Analyst will earn a competitive annual salary of up to $65,000 with annual bonus potential, based on performance.

Time Off & Leave

• Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at 90 days of employment.
  • Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include additional PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements.
  • Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will accrue at a minimum of 3 hours per month.
• Paid Holidays:
  • Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
  • Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.
• Paid leave programs, including parental, bereavement, jury duty, and military leave.
