Requirements
  • B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of advertising sales support experience
  • Experience in premium CTV, social, YouTube search, or programmatic advertising
  • Knowledge of full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Proven success in prospecting, business development, and sales support
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Relationships at key HoldCo agencies and/or clients
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate large complex organizations
  • Positive, detail-oriented, self-starter
  • Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
  • Collaborative team player
Responsibilities
  • Partner and support Regional Sales Team
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Ad Operations teams
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Participate in key client meetings and industry events
  • Act as liaison between sales and client teams
  • Review trades daily and share information internally and externally
  • Support all aspects of the sales process
  • Discover, prospect, and outreach for new business
  • Establish sales initiatives aligned with market needs
  • Stay current with market trends
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth
  • Manage internal sales process and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive culture of inclusion
  • Business travel required
