Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations with demonstrated achievements in total rewards management
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration and HRIS platforms (Workday, ServiceNow preferred)
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to seek guidance or influence independently
  • Experience with HR systems and reporting; Workday and ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Slack preferred
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people and remain calm in stressful situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented
Responsibilities
  • Manage 4 direct reports to accomplish business goals
  • Drive people operations including onboarding, orientation, offboarding, employee relations, and immigration management
  • Maintain and innovate a competitive total rewards program including compensation strategy, benefits evaluation, and open enrollment
  • Uphold, audit, and refine HR Operations strategies policies and procedures
  • Oversee all aspects of total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, and recognition
  • Collaborate with HR team to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance
  • Optimize HR systems to support a seamless employee experience
  • Use HR metrics and trends for decision making and continuous improvement
