Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, HR, or organizational effectiveness
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects or initiatives
  • Change management experience
  • Organizational design experience
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities
  • Conduct workforce analysis and forecasting to leverage Talent Management programs and processes design and continuous improvement
  • Design and evaluate programs that enhance organizational efficiency, culture, and employee engagement
  • Provide guidelines and tools for Organizational Design
  • Act as the Talent point of contact for execution of Talent related actions on Strategic Business Projects (including M&A)
  • Work as a thought partner with People Analytics to collect and analyze workforce data and market trends
  • Provide reports and presentations to HR and/or Business stakeholders on workforce trends and organizational effectiveness metrics
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and subject matter expertise and provide guidance as needed on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness topics
  • Act as a critical internal advocate for Talent Management, ensuring frequent and consistent communication and integration between the team members and other internal/external stakeholders

The Mosaic Company completed a transaction with Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma'aden), selling its 25% stake in Ma'aden Wa'ad Al Shamal Phosphate Company for 111,012,433 Ma'aden shares, valued at approximately $1.5 billion.
