  • The Application Division Director will work with other Directors across other divisions as dependency management and alignment are critical for the success of the business as a whole, not just within the Application Division. Each Division leader will be responsible for working together to create a smooth process and flow to continue to build revenue within all platforms
  • Work with Core Experience Division leadership to create a vision and strategy for identifying, evaluating, integrating and working with 3rd-party product partnership opportunities. Specifically, focusing on a marketing partnership offering
  • Assess competitive challenges and deliver clear strategic recommendations
  • Understand and clearly articulate the vision, strategy, and “the why” to their Division
  • Work directly with squads to set priorities, roadmap, and OKRs
  • Drive accountability with the squads (both PMs and the squad OKRs as a whole)
  • Oversee the productization of a software-only version of Weave that can offer a “land-and-expand” sales approach. This will be owned by a product manager with oversight by the Director
  • Work directly with BD on 3rd party partnerships. Core Experience will create the user experience integration points for 3rd parties and the Applications Division Director will oversee management of the 3rd party products and partners
  • Incubate additional application opportunities
  • Ownership of product operations, which includes technology platforms (i.e. Pendo), release management, QA, and other product processes
  • Managing product through full product life cycle
  • Clear and constant communication to direct reports and team members, with colleagues and fellow dev/product directors, and with upper management. Eliminating confusion and friction
  • The Application Division Director is expected to provide meaningful leadership
