- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including Java, C/C++, or Python.
- Experience with Large Language Models, Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems.
- Experience in software development and in designing and implementing distributed systems or cloud-native infrastructure.
- Lead the design and coding of core features that transform the Hub into a definitive repository for application programming interfaces, Model Context Protocol Servers, and Agents.
- Build highly scalable, distributed systems that automate asset discovery through deep integrations with various API gateways and Google Cloud Platform Agent Cloud.
- Develop the interfaces and schemas required to make organizational assets available and understandable for consumption by AI Agents.
- Drive high engineering standards across the team through rigorous design reviews, code reviews, and implementation of best practices in cloud-native development.
- Act as a technical lead and mentor for junior and mid-level engineers, helping solve complex technical bottlenecks and improve system reliability.
- At least 5 years of experience testing or launching products, including 3 years of experience in software architecture.
- Ability to take ambiguous product requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures.
