We are seeking a talented individual to join the Entertainment Team at Marsh Risk and Insurance Services.  This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 

You will be part of a dynamic Advertising Wrap team supporting the daily activities and client relationship management on a dedicated book of business. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on professional growth and client service excellence. 

We will count on you to:

• Review declared Advertising jobs.
• Work with the carriers on clearing declared Advertising jobs.
• Prepare necessary certificates, invoices and any other documents that may be required.
• Assist with annual audit for clients. 
• Assist with policy checking.
• Prepare monthly job reports. 
• Assist with the day-to-day Client Service requirements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulations. 
• Work within the Marsh technology systems to produce accurate data.

What you need to have:

• 5 years of experience working in a Property and Casualty Insurance environment, preferably within the Entertainment Insurance sector. 
• Undergraduate degree. 
• Ability to excel in a fast paced, team-oriented environment and meet tight deadlines. 
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. 
• Experience working with regulatory agencies or in audit support.

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,000 to $129,900.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
