Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, business operations, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with executive leadership to support the daily operations of a rapidly growing behavioral healthcare organization serving patients throughout California.
  • Coordinate projects, improve workflows, build reports, solve operational problems, and help ensure teams have the tools and processes needed to provide patient care.
  • Build operational dashboards, coordinate clinical workflow rollouts, document new processes, and help implement technology that improves organizational efficiency.
