  • 0-2 years of experience in technical recruiting
  • High attention to detail and time management skills
  • Experience using Lever and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Self-starter who requires minimal supervision to be productive
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced start-up work environment and execute tasks thoughtfully and efficiently
  • Friendly demeanor with elevated communication and interpersonal skills to work well with scientists, engineers, business developers, and beyond, all having widely divergent backgrounds
Responsibilities
  • Build a strong sourcing pipeline for each open role, iterating strategy when necessary to grow a robust current and future talent pool
  • Create data-driven processes to maximize efficiency
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all candidates from the first reach out until the final interview. This entails scheduling interviews as well as tracking and communicating with candidates as they move through the hiring process
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by maintaining the applicant tracking system
  • Augment the current structure and processes in place to align the team on major role requirements and the evaluation of candidates
  • Drive Volta's talent brand and public presence as an employer - through jobs site, job board posts, career fairs, university career centers, etc
  • Optimize a methodical, organized interview process that promotes a positive candidate experience
