Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience performing targeting in one or more remote locations
  • 5+ years of experience training others
  • Experience tasking and targeting RF networks and conducting RF-related surveys
  • Knowledge of technical targeting, collection, and tasking
  • Ability to synthesize disparate sources of information to derive analytic results
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to enhance a client targeting knowledge base
  • Ability to interact at an audience-appropriate technical level with subordinates, peers, supervisors, and customers effectively
  • Ability to articulate viewpoints and answers to customers and peers in a clear manner, both verbally and in writing
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Associate's degree
  • Experience with CLANSIG and collection systems
  • Experience interacting with IC partners
  • Ability to provide executive-level briefings
  • Possession of excellent relationship building, time management, interpersonal, briefing, and critical thinking skills
  • Certified Adjunct Faculty or Instructor Certification
Responsibilities
  • assist a DoD client with developing training for a diverse workforce
  • develop products to codify these training programs into formal Programs of Instruction (POIs) based on specific joint functions, specific priority units, or for specific projects
  • establish methodologies to implement training or advisory programs within existing and appropriate fiscal and operational authorities
  • coordinate with the DoD client to assess the effectiveness of the POI
  • provide stand-up classroom instruction
  • apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge, to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • work without considerable direction
  • mentor and supervise team members
