Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients, underwriters, and service providers.
  • Understand client business and risk management needs to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead client strategy, pricing, and placement to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Drive new business acquisition and client retention.
  • Maintain and convert a pipeline of prospects through research, meetings, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate across business units to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Design insurance programs and placement strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions.
  • Negotiate with insurers in London and international markets.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop service plans and manage end-to-end client service delivery.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
  • Act as a senior point of contact, providing technical expertise and mentoring team members.
  • Represent FINEX/WTW in industry panels and events.
  • Promote a high-performance culture and uphold company policies.
