Business Support Associate

The Role:
 

The Business Support Administrative Associate reports to the Sr. Production Manager.  The role will provide a wide range of administration support to the production and technical groups along with contributing to the ongoing improvements across the site. This currently is a temporary role with the possibility of moving to full - time.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Support for Site Operations

• Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable site policies and act as a resource for employees relative to these policies.
• Maintain an environment of good and safe working conditions through strict observance of plant safety rules, good housekeeping, and support of safety awareness programs.
• Support the group with various administrative tasks (SAP transactions, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, file management, etc.).
• Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and equipment functionality with the CB4 building.
• Maintain a productive team environment with all members of the site’s Office Administration Team.
• Support with document organization (Share point, TEAMS folders, paper documents)
• Primary person responsible for SAP transactions associated with production / QA group purchasing transactions
• Maintain Production and improve Production group’s Sharepoint page
• Manage documentation associated with Production Tech training program
• Support document management of Electronic technical files checked in and out to contract firms
• Other typical administrative tasks as needed

Creating Extraordinary Starts With:

• Associates Degree in Office Administration or related field
• Prior business/office management experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, LMS, SAP, ADP/e-Time, and other organization specific systems
