Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles or companies, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Highly Preferred: Having past experience working with a major courier: FedEx, DHL, UPS, and their invoices.
  • Proficiency with billing systems and courier invoicing. Preferably FedEx Billing Online.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all courier invoices are received by accounts payable on time.
  • Conduct thorough audits of all shipments and surcharges to identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Proactively dispute incorrect charges with couriers, ensuring swift resolution and minimizing financial impact.
  • Run regular and ad-hoc reports to track pricing data, trends and exceptions.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
  • Address and resolve issues with undelivered orders by coordinating with carriers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce courier-related costs.
  • Work closely with the logistics team and collaborate with the supply chain, and finance departments to ensure alignment and address any invoicing issues.
  • Support internal stakeholders with timely updates and information regarding logistics expenses and pricing changes.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement in logistics operations.
