In this vital role, you will manage and optimize our logistics expenses, focusing on cost savings and ensuring the timely processing of courier invoices. Your contributions will be essential to enhancing our operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Run regular and ad-hoc reports to track pricing data, trends and exceptions.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
- Address and resolve issues with undelivered orders by coordinating with carriers and internal stakeholders.
- Optimization & Improvement:
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce courier-related costs.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the logistics team and collaborate with the supply chain, and finance departments to ensure alignment and address any invoicing issues.
- Operational Support:
- Support internal stakeholders with timely updates and information regarding logistics expenses and pricing changes.

- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement in logistics operations.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or any related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in similar roles or companies, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Highly Preferred: Having past experience working with a major courier: FedEx, DHL, UPS, and their invoices.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with billing systems and courier invoicing. Preferably FedEx Billing Online
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours or on weekends as needed.
