Requirements
  • A Bac+5 qualification from an engineering school, university master's program, or equivalent is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Responsable maîtrise d’œuvre are required, ideally in the operation and maintenance of systems in the railway or transport sector.
  • Proficiency with a supervision and remote-maintenance tool is required.
  • Experience instructing and operationally managing information-technology solutions is required.
  • The candidate must be able to assess technical needs and establish and monitor associated workload consumption and schedules.
  • The candidate must be able to arbitrate between multiple technical solutions.
  • The candidate must be able to organize, structure, and synchronize technical work.
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and treating technical risks is required.
  • Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library processes is required, including incident, problem, change, production deployment, configuration, and request management.
  • Knowledge of information-systems architectures, including technical and software architecture documentation, is required.
  • The candidate must demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, oral and written communication ability, persuasion, leadership, teamwork, and service orientation.
  • A French criminal-record extract B3 will be requested to initiate employment.
Responsibilities
  • Organize, plan, and coordinate all realization activities, including design, specifications, development, corrective deliveries, and acceptance testing, as well as internal and external engineering and technical contributors.
  • Lead the technical and maîtrise d’œuvre component of the project from end to end and transfer knowledge to the teams responsible for operating the solution.
  • Monitor project finances, schedules and deadlines, workloads, and costs.
  • Lead technical project reviews and steering committees.
  • Provide regular reporting to steering and governance bodies on assigned subjects.
  • Assist and support business-owner teams in defining and framing their information-technology tooling needs, particularly supervision tooling.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Manage and pilot the portfolio of requests, changes, incidents, and problems related to the team's run activity according to Information Technology Infrastructure Library best practices.
  • Analyze and challenge technical facts concerning changes, anomalies, and assistance.
  • Lead subcontracting contracts, including industrial strategy, purchasing processes for renewals and new contracts, and contract management.
  • Specify and pilot service-provider engagements.
