- Conduct legal reviews of marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide legal advice on marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Support the management and resolution of legal disputes, including contract disputes, regulatory matters, and other legal issues. Represent the company's interests in legal proceedings as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations affecting the healthcare tech industry. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal compliance matters.
- Identify and assess potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Advise on best practices to minimize legal exposure and protect the company's interests.
- Work closely with business partners to ensure alignment and consideration of legal requirements.
