Senior Compute Data Analyst

This individual independently plans, performs the moderately-defined responsibility for the querying of bigdata system and analyze terabytes of data to deliver on complex analytical deep dives to deliver insights. Build statistical models to be able to perform descriptive, inferential, and predictive analytics to identify trends and relationships. Define and conduct statistical hypothesis testing to ensure data reliability and soundness during all stages of processing and analysis. Create data visualizations to present derived insights and build out operational visualizations to measure trend drifts and outliers. Produce insights from the data through statistical analysis and modeling as required. Part of a global cross-functional team that’s responsible for the large-scale data analysis and operational analytics for Qualcomm engineering teams. Acts as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings.

Will accept a Master's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems or related degree field. Will also accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems or related degree field and five (5) years of progressive experience in a related occupation. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.

Pay Range:  $116,866.00 - $151,200.00/year
