Requirements
  • Experience in Sales, Category Development and/or Trade Marketing (guideline 5+ years)
  • Leadership experience managing teams/agencies (guideline 3+ years)
  • Deep knowledge of food & beverage dynamics in AFH channel
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Highly proficient in data analytics and familiar with Cat Dev data and reporting tools – e.g. Circana
  • Highly proficient in understanding operator behaviour and translating Marketing plans into Trade plans
Responsibilities
  • Be the ‘trusted advisor’ and lead category insights for our customers.
  • Primary customer focus on Bidfood, Booker and Brakes, with secondary focus on the major Buying Groups in Regional Wholesale.
  • Be the conduit between core Brand plans (local and global) and RTM trade marketing plans.
  • Build materials and 360 selling tools for Sales to execute in-trade.
  • Leader of execution for JBP-invested (D&A) branded activations in RTM.
  • Owner of category data, insights & RGM evaluations.
