Responsibilities
  • Provide all customers with an excellent service giving advice on our products to elevate the consumer experience.
  • Open and close the store in the absence of the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
  • Daily team briefings.
  • Product technology training.
  • Be a proud ambassador of Columbia by providing information to all customers on current product features and benefits.
  • Create consumer loyalty through high-quality interactions with the goal of increasing brand engagement and conversion to sales.
  • Ensure that all our products are displayed in accordance with the Company’s VM guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive working environment and communication with all management and staff.
  • Ensure company’s policies & procedures are followed and suggest improvements.
  • Capability to operate POS system.
