The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking applications for the position of Division Chief for the Division of Pre-Doctoral Prosthodontics in the College of Dental Medicine, Department of Reconstructive and Rehabilitation Sciences. The Chief provides leadership for the Pre-Doctoral Digital Dentistry Clinic, Removable Prosthodontics Clinic and the Implant Prosthodontics Clinic. The Division provides classroom and clinical instruction for pre-doctoral dental students and AEGD Residents in the areas of removable prosthodontics, digital dentistry and implant prosthodontics. The Division Chief will work collaboratively within all disciplines of the James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine with a primary focus in digital workflows for Pre-Doctoral Prosthodontics.

Job Description
The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking applications for the position of Division Chief for the Division of Pre-Doctoral Prosthodontics in the College of Dental Medicine, Department of Reconstructive and Rehabilitation Sciences. Qualified candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree, have graduated from a Prosthodontics Residency program with preference going to individuals who are board eligible or certified. Experience in educational innovation, use of technology in education and computer skills are expected with preference given to those with previous leadership, teaching and research experience. Successful applicant should have a South Carolina Dental License or qualify for a teaching license. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience. Participation in the Dental Faculty Practice for private patient care is expected.
