Accounts Payable

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to support the day-to-day finance operations across two standout hotels—Sea Containers London on the South Bank and One Hundred Shoreditch in East London.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic finance team within a creative and fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently across both properties

• Ensure all payments are made in a timely manner, in line with company policies

• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies proactively

• Support monthly closing processes and assist with reporting tasks

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure correct coding and approvals

• Maintain and update supplier records with accuracy and confidentiality

• Assist with ad-hoc finance projects as required
