The Job:

As a Promotions Logistics Planner, you’ll be part of our Global Operations team working remotely.  You will be responsible for managing all value-added promotional driven requirements across key accounts and working cross functionally with Channel Marketing, Customer Fulfillment Management, Supply Planning, Packaging Engineering and DC/VAS /3rd party build centers.
 You’ll get to:  

• Manage value-added promotional executions, reworks (kitting, placarding, unit pack assembly), and store resets across all channels of the Lowes, Home Depot, National Retail and Ecommerce businesses from conception phase to final shipment to customers.
• Work directly with Supply, Demand, Sales Ops, Channel, Packaging Engineering, Finance, Distribution centers and External Suppliers daily to ensure promotional requests meet customer requirements and ship on-time.
• Collaborate with Packaging Engineering, 3rd Party Material Suppliers and Product Management teams to determine best execution strategy for each new project.
• Partner with Supply, Domestic and International Transportation teams to ensure inventory arrivals align with the timing needed to support the customer requested ship dates.
• Drive drop dead dates for critical deliverables and ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Prioritize projects across multiple customers
• Manage Promotional Tracker and other key data analytics for promotional project tracking
• Maintain and communicate build completion and on-time shipments
• Focus on change management, develop process improvement and cost savings
• Identify and institute best practices while supporting increased service level performance & customer satisfaction  

The Person:

• BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related experience, with 3-4 years supply chain/operations experience preferred
• Experience in Stanley Black & Decker operating systems preferred (Business Warehouse, JDA, SAP, Event Manager)
• Excellent project management, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail required.
• Self-motivated, highly flexible and able to successfully manage and communicate risk on a project
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and levels to get results

The base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Washington, New York, Maryland is $60,800- $109,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
