Requirements
  • A passion for sales and technology
  • 4+ years of technology SDR experience, including 1+ years managing an SDR team of 4-6 people at a SaaS company
  • Experience in developing coaching plans
  • Demonstrated success managing a team, managing pipeline, and fueling explosive growth through outbound sourced deals
  • Knowledge of the tools (Outreach, Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • The ability to juggle many tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience generating net new deals and assisting in upsell/expansion opportunities
  • Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
Responsibilities
  • Be the champion of using Bombora's intent data to do world-class sales development
  • Manage a team of 4-6 SDRs
  • Develop compensation plans, define and implement performance metrics and monitor OKRs for the SDR team
  • Lead and assist the Sales Development team in identifying prospective accounts, establishing consistent sales metrics and practices, optimizing outbound approach, and ultimately generating meetings and opportunities for the sales team
  • Suggest efficiency and optimization improvements in the early funnel sales process ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met
  • Build a trusting, open environment for your team where they are coached and encouraged to develop their skills for potential career advancement
  • Other duties as assigned
